The water reservoir is placed on the back of a machine, it is removable and its capacity of 40 oz allows you to prepare more than 4 different beverages. This model includes water filter handle and charcoal filter.
This is not just a single-brew coffee maker, it also has several carafe sizes, and it is a little bulky. The dimensions of this coffee machine are 9 x 15 x 13.7 inches, and you will have to sacrifice more space on your kitchen counter.
Since we already mention it, there are seven brew sizes that you can prepare with this coffee maker. Single-brew sizes are 4, 6, 8 and 10 oz, and for a carafe, there are 22, 26 and 30 oz sizes.
The Touchscreen allows you to set the strength of a beverage as well.
Keurig K200 can dispense hot water by leaving the pod basket empty. Just set the brew size and press the button, in an instant you will get hot water for your tea or nuddles.
A drip tray is removable, and the tallest mug or carafe can be 7,2 inches tall if you remove drip tray. The carafe is not included with this coffee maker model.
When it comes to the brew choice, we can say that this coffee maker can fulfill everyone’s desires. With the more than 500 varieties from 60 brands, there is no way that someone cannot be satisfied. If you buy a reusable My K-cup filter you can use your favorite ground coffee as well.
When it comes to a voltage, this is a 120 volts coffee maker.
Keurig K200 doesn’t preheat, it brews instantly, and it takes only 10 seconds to get a perfect cup of coffee.
Keurig K200 Plus Series vs K200
We tried really hard to find any difference between these two models, and from their appearance to their features, these two models are completely the same. Even the price is same. While researching, we noticed that the price changes with the color of a coffee maker. If the color of a coffee machine is unusual, then the price will be higher.
Bad sides
Many options are determined with the K-cup choice, the temperature, for example, is pre-programmed and you can not change it. But there are some options like timer or auto shut-off that would be a great feature to have, but this model lacks in it.
We find the information that the all coffee maker models made in Plus Series were made with the choice in temperature control.
But, the Plus Series includes models like Keurig K250, K525, K525c, K545, K575 and many others. There is no precise information that you can actually set the temperature on K200 Plus coffee maker model.
There is one more thing that we find a disadvantage and that is Keurig’s customer service. They are really slow or completely indifferent towards their customers. In our opinion, the customer is always right, and in order to be a great manufacturer in any field, you first have to develop a six sense and understanding for your target group of consumers.
If we exclude the bad customer service, we get a really good coffee maker, with a quality workmanship, fantastic brew size choice, incredible brew flavor variations, and attractive appearance. Everything that you can wish for is combined in these colorful coffee maker models (model).
